Stroking lil' devils into angels

Now I have one more duty to my job -- to stroke lil devils into angels. Kinda love this duty...juz that my hands ache after a while. That explains why I have sumo arms (coz I dun move em' much).

Anywayz, during the four PSLE marking days, my students were supposed to take a nap in the afternoon. They did....only if the teachers stroke them to sleep. Stroking works wonders. Within mintues, those lil' devils who can't stop talking, moving and playing were at PEACE. They look really angelic. Juz like me. *puke* Hee.

Well, today was my last day at Siling's BASC. I'll return to Fuchun again next week. This time with a new title -- Senior Teacher. Oh my....nv tot that I'll be labelled as a senior teacher before turning 21. I feel OLD.....look old too.

This time...I kinda left "secretly" as I din tell any of the students in Siling that I'm leaving. As compared to the previous exit at Fuchun....with Santa Claus' bagful of farewell gifts and cards....this is very low-key. Maybe bcoz I'm leaving alone this time, unlike previously with other three colleagues. Do feel a lil' sad...but I'm sure I'll get to see them again....

As of next week onwards, I'll face new challenges. The previous supervisor aka da bitch amazingly messed up the flow of things over in Fuchun. Kids under her hands will turn atrocious k!? Siling students are great examples. Only after two months I can see a teenie weenie bit of improvement. The kids I can say...dun have a single bit of respect for teachers. They want things their way and want teachers to pamper them. The point is they dun deserve it.

Now over to Fuchun, I can't imagine how they'll be like. But have been back to help out for three days, The kids still have respect for me. Thank goodness. Pray hard for me. Off to dinner now. My fresh prawnies are waiting for me. Yum Yum.
