Trying to lose weight...FINALLY!!!

At last, I'm not juz sitting there, complaining abt being filled up with 70% of fats rather than water.....I picked up sth I hate alot -- JOGGING!

Last night, I went jogging with Jill and her brother (who was cycling). It was pretty fun. Not only I have a great companion, itz cooler to jog in the nite. Surprisingly, I managed to jog for 25 mins. Non-stop. Maybe I was running ard my neighbourhood...instead of the mundane stadium. And was chatting with Jill. But while jogging, my knee and back hurt. My joints are rusty, I supposed.
I hope to train up myself....most imptly, SLIM DOWN! Let me get my engine going....then later work on my gluttony diet. Heehee. I need to get a good pair of running shoes too. =P

After a long break, I'm back to work. Sadly, itz Vday. But it wasn't a bad day.

Two hours after work started, my manager dropped by to tell us that I'll receive bonus. Tink itz 13-months or what bonus lar. Well, all I know is I'll have extra money in my pocket. Hee.

Then, had a great chat with my colleague abt our lives and skin care. Also had fun playing some guessing number game with my students. Forfeiting them is exciting. One of them has to bring his galfren to the centre tmr. Bet he wun do it. Heh.

And all I'm waiting for is 5pm. Coz itz when I can send free MMS to my frenz. These are the pics I sent...

Confused New Year

Last CNY, relatives' major concern abt me is whether I'm going to study or work. This year, itz pretty much the same, but with a lil bit more viewpoints. All wanted me to go back to books. Now the thing is.....what can I study??? My interest?? I DON'T KNOW!!! My results in Mass Comm.....Horrible + Terrible!! Where can I go? What can I do? My future is bleak!

Next in the limelight is my love life. Paternal aunts are asking me to bring my boyfriend home when I have NONE. Guess what...they tink I'm hiding my guy from them. Then, my maternal aunt and cousin tried to fix me up with my cousin-in-law's brother and cousins. I rejected their kind offer by showing them my charming Pri 2 "boyfriend". Heh.

Next year, they will still be on this topic. And how shld I counteract?

"Oh, I'm going to be a Nun! Sorry!"

My New Year's clothes!!! A pink tube dress, 3 mini skirts (shld have 4 but took one out to wear already), 1 black knee length skirt, 6 sleeveless tops (left with 4 coz I wore 2 already!), 1 short sleeve top and one fuchsia long sleeve top. Not in the picture is my new Mango jeans, which I haven get it altered.

Actually, I still have some untouched clothes in my wardrobe that's not in the above list. Guess they still will remain untouched. Heh.





This is the pretty pair of heels I got from VNC. Love it to bits. Kai says it looks really cute on my feet, while Sian can't help laughing at those shoes. Even mentioning the shoes tickles her. Now I have a way to cheer Sian up. Heh. They both thinks the shoes suits me better than on them. =)

So now, I'm geared up to welcome the Chinese New Year. Ey...not really...I still have to colour my nails. Heehee. And now, I have to bathe! Then head down to Grandpa's place for reunion dinner!

This Chinese New Year, I shall play the filial daughter (not that I haven been one for the past 21 years).

Like today, I went to NTUC to get CNY goodies. Bought Dad's fave nuts...Mum's fave yogurt...and Brother's fave peanut cookies (mine too!!). Carried those heavy stuff home all by myself and had two pairs of lover birds obstructing my path. They antagonised me with every pause and PDA they made. It was impossible to let them know that I was struggling with 4 bagful of NTUC shopping bags and really need to get thru them ASAP, or I'll die of fatigue or sth? -__-"'

Next thing I have to do is to write a letter each to my parents, which will be slot into a 88 or 100 dollars Ang Bao. Haven decide on the value yet. Tot 88 wld be an auspicious number. Heh. This lil value is all that I can give them for now. Hopefully I can give them more next time. Let them have a "moneyful" year ahead. Heehee.

And when will I be able to do that???
