Still in my office....at 9.15pm...

The past 3 weeks has been really busy for me. The last week of Sept, my work load started to pile up, celebrated P3's bday on Thurs and the very next day, I got to wake up at 5am to doll up myself for my cousin's wedding. Was one of the "jie-meis".

I've edited the pics which I took for the 2 "happy-tired" days. Uploaded them but til now, I haven got the time to publish them. Sigh. I even planned to make use of my two weekdays off to blog and also write my diary. Somehow, those days were used to clear my work. My diary has been untouched for months and dust is resting peacefully on it. Wat I did as a replacement, was to scribble some stuff on scraps of paper, which I will soon *fingers crossed* slot into my diary.

When I finally thought that I can make use of tmr to blog, write diary, spend time with myself etc....my manager held a "little" discussion with me, stating the list of things that I have to take note and execute ASAP.

Oh my! The past weekend I have already stayed up alone in the office til 10pm (today as well) to complete the entire process of setting up the Ballet coaching classes -- sorting out application forms according to their levels and respective teacher, check thru every single page of the forms, make sure that all info are filled in - with an attached photocopy of the students' BC, ensure that the cheques are written to the correct company name, co-ordinate the class schedules with the teachers, confirm the movement of students btwn 2 teachers, set up classes in the system, register the students into the CORRECT class, key in the cheques info into system, write quick cheque deposit form, categorise problematic forms, chase after parents for payment/BCs/signatures, answer qtns from parents, handle difficult and demanding parents' requests.....I tink I might have missed out some steps and the above is enuff torture. =/ Yet, only 85% of the forms are cleared.

Watz on my to-do list tmr are -- 1. amend brochures 2. make holiday prog brochures 3. sort out all classes' schedule and plan new time slots for different classes 4. think of ways to market our learning ctr's courses. Tatz enough to work on for the whole day. And my Dad has to "gobble up" my half-day's time by demanding me to visit the village head from Hainan Island, who's staying up at Grandpa's place. *sobz* I'm not fluent in the dialect (Hainanese) for God's sake.

Got to knock off now. Will try to blog abt those happy-tired days and how I love & hate my busy days. =)
