3 days to my 22nd birthday....*feels indifferent*

Not feeling very excited abt turning 22. Itz juz another step closer to the 25-yrs-old benchmark, which after, I will start losing calcium; my metabolism rate drops, the aging process starts blah blah. And it means that I better start to take good care of myself. Will I really out put words into actions? *shakes head* Apparently, I'm too LAZY and FORGETFUL to be able to stick to the daily head-to-toe care regimen for head-to-toe care.

Oh well, nevertheless, I still wanna look presentable and pleasant. So, if I can find time to shop (preferably alone, coz frenz wun have the patience for this snail-paced pig here!), I'll definitely browse around the beauty counters - to play with new colours, chit-chat with beauty advisors, try out miraculous skincare products etc. If I'm online, I'll check out fashion and beauty sites. As for how well I'm absorbing those info out there.....u make ur own judgement or probably test me some questions!?

OK, I'm off the topic! Haha.

So back to my bday. As usual, I'll continue to harp on myself being an open book or an easy nut to crack, as my frenz dun have to ask me for gift ideas/bday wishes. And on my side, there's never one time that I spot on the right gift for a fren (even close ones) w/o asking them what wld they like to receive!!

Are my expectations too low that I can fall for at least one item in every stores? Or am I too easily contented that even a $1 cartoon sticker book from a pasar malam can make my day? Shld I say that I'm greedy, wishing to own anything and everything? If not, I must be clueless abt wat I really want. =/

Out of extreme boredom last weekend in my office, I scribbled my bday wishes down. I even categorised them into - "Things come FREE", "From the Pasar Malam" ($10 n below), "Reasonable range" ($11 - $50), "Feeling rich?" ($50 n above), "If you're a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE". Dun tink u need them....rite?

Reasonable range: Shopping vouchers, cosmetics, bags, accessories *bling bling*, clothes...if I specify the brands...you'll faint. Can call me if u need help!
Feeling rich? YSL BabyDoll scent, head-to-toe SPA treatment, flowers (NOT practical coz I duno what to do after the flowers wither)

If you're a MULTI-MILLIONAIRE (dream on gal!): Fund a charity, a penthouse, finance my business plans, a trip around the world, pay my school fees, a convertible (driving lessoons included!), facial & slimming packages....aiya...juz gimme a quarter of ur assets! Muahaha.

To be SERIOUS (at last?), to have frenz ard me for this day is good enough. Prezzies are mementos to remind my aging brains that I wasn't forgotten by who on which bday. But wat I really wish for is a birthday surrounded with LOVE (and LOVED ones). On the other hand, itz really hard for me to feel the touch of love wat you call - LOVE. Did my heart went too deep and beyond reach? *hmmm*

If there's ever this day that I sense myself being treasured n loved (by frenz), I'll be moved to tears. This day came? Tink it was last yr. Tears trickled in my heart though. Atmosphere wasn't "heated up" enough to purge the tears out! =P

Can I be a princess on my hatch day? To be pampered...loved...valued? Making this an annual request isn't overboard, is it? Please throw aside your stereotype of me being a tomboy...fat, ugly, uncouth, loud, insane etc. (If I said that to u myself, juz ignore for juz 1 day?) Make me a princess!!

Okie...right now I shld be in bed...coz I got to wake up at 7am. Insomnia! In fact, pretty much out of my mind to write the above rubbish.

Ohhhh....bday muz be FUN too!! I hope to have a crazy KTV nite...play outrageous guessing games with FORFEITS!! Also, comfy cosy potluck at my place followed by games n mahjong! Oooo....warm delicious steamboat dinner is a great activity too!! Hopefully my frenz can let their hair down, play games and unleash their crazy self! *fingers crossed*

Okie dokie...shall hid under my comforter and be grateful for wat I have (stop complaining!), pray for quality 2 hrs slp and not to doze off in (job enrichment course) class later!! *brain dead*
