I've officially crossed the 23rd hurdle of life with another year of long distance run ahead of me!

This is the first time that I felt so loved and blessed. Not afraid to confess, I cried suddenly and went on my knees to thank God for such a great birthday. I wasn't surrounded by many frenz or had a great party, but simple gestures (e.g. sending SMSes) could make my day beautiful.

Ting, Sian and Kai gave me a sweet surprise at my office on Sunday, when I was only expecting Ting and tot the surprise would only come on Monday. Haha. And on Monday, we meet up again with Hua, to have a satisfying lunch at Marche. Later the day, we went to Minds Cafe w/o Sian for a round of board games. The day ended sweetly with yummy cakes from Secret Recipe.

As always, happy times will only be short-lived for me. A 24-hr fairy tale this time. Shortly after my bday hurdle, I realised that I have been an asshole all these while to a friend. I have made her life so miserable and I was unaware of that.

Using this chance to publicly apologise to this fren of mine. I'm very sorry for watever I've done. And to all friends, who have been tolerating me since God knows when, and would have been immune to it by now, that I'm sorry to u too. I know I'm very a insensitive, ignorant, ill-tempered sore loser. =x

Not sure how many hurdles of my life u'll be along with me...I'll still be grateful to have meet u along the way. Thank you.
